1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an order, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy below. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

You must actively confirm your acceptance of these terms at checkout before any payment can be made. Your acceptance is recorded with your order.

2. Digital Products

All products sold by MapKnowledge are digital license keys delivered electronically, typically instantly after payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

• Delivery is made to the email address and/or on-screen confirmation page associated with your order.
• A product is considered delivered and consumed the moment the key is issued to you.
• License keys are for personal use only and may not be resold or shared unless you are an authorized reseller.

3. Refund & Return Policy — No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Because our products are digital keys that are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final at the moment of purchase. This includes, without limitation:

• Change of mind or accidental purchase.
• Purchasing the wrong product, duration, or version — please double-check your cart before paying.
• Incompatibility with your hardware or software configuration.
• Downtime, maintenance windows, or product updates during your license period.
• Suspension or loss of access caused by your violation of these terms.

If you experience a technical issue with a product, contact our support team on Discord. We will work with you to resolve the issue — support and troubleshooting are provided instead of refunds.

4. Payments & Chargebacks

Payments are processed by third-party providers (card processing and cryptocurrency). Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on a delivered digital key is considered fraud. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate and permanent revocation of all license keys and accounts associated with you, a permanent ban from future purchases, and the dispute being contested with full evidence of delivery and your recorded acceptance of these terms.

5. Use of Products

You are solely responsible for how you use the products you purchase. Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

MapKnowledge is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use any product.

6. Account & License Termination

We reserve the right to revoke license keys or terminate access without refund if you: share or resell keys without authorization, attempt to defraud us (including chargebacks), abuse our support staff, or otherwise violate these terms.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the moment of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
