External cheats run as a separate process on the same PC as the game. They read game memory from outside the game process, without injecting any code into it. This makes them harder for anti-cheat to detect compared to internal cheats.

How it works: The cheat runs as a standalone application alongside the game. It reads memory externally using OS-level APIs and renders features through a transparent overlay window on top of the game.

• Pros: No extra hardware required. Simple to set up — just run the loader. Lower cost than DMA.
• Cons: Slightly higher detection risk than DMA since it runs on the same machine. Some anti-cheats can detect external memory reads.
• Best for: Players who want solid cheats without the cost and complexity of DMA hardware.

Internal cheats inject directly into the game process. This gives them full access to the game's memory, rendering engine, and functions. They can hook into the game's own drawing system for pixel-perfect visuals and extremely responsive features.

How it works: A loader injects a DLL or payload into the running game process. The cheat code runs inside the game itself, with direct access to all game data and the ability to draw using the game's own renderer.
